Two main results of the V4Design project have been selected by the European Commission’s Innovation Radar. The Innovation Radar is a European Commission initiative to identify high potential innovations and innovators in EU-funded research and innovation projects.
The following project partners, including M4D/MKLab, were identified as a ‘Key Innovator’ in the development of the following two innovations:
Innovation Title: Integrated platform based on multimedia analysis and 3D reconstruction for the designing of interior and exterior spaces and 3D artefacts
Market Maturity of the Innovation: ‘Tech Ready’
Market Creation Potential of the innovation: addresses the needs of existing markets/existing customers
Key Innovators: ITI- CERTH, KUL, McNeel Europe
Innovation Title: Integrated Game Authoring Platform based on multimedia analysis and 3D reconstruction for the development of immersive environments for VR game
Market Maturity of the Innovation: ‘Tech Ready’
Market Creation Potential of the innovation: High
Key Innovators: ITI-CERTH, KUL, NURO
